My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The location was convenient, with easy access to Taksim Square, and some staff members were very helpful and friendly. However, the room I was initially given was right next to where cleaning items were stored, making it noisy, and the alternative room had poor internet connection. The bed was small and not very comfortable; also, the advertised air conditioning was lacking during my stay.
The hotel was clean and spacious, though the breakfast wasn't my favorite. The service was friendly but lacked English proficiency. The location was excellent, near Taksim Square. The dining experience had a limited choice in food. The facilities were well-maintained.
